Work Permit
The application required for work permit in Turkey can be made in Turkey or abroad.
For the applications to be made in abroad, foreigners are required to consult to Turkey representation offices in the country where they are the citizen for work permit or where they constantly reside in with the submission of employment contract, assignment document or the document showing the company partnership.
Residence Permit
The foreigners who will stay in Turkey longer than the period specified by the visa or visa exemption or longer than ninety days are required to have a residence permit.

Registration activities of business places are carried out under the provisions of Regulation on Starting Business and Work Licenses which entered into force upon the announcement in Official Gazette dated 10.08.2005 and numbered 25902.
