Limited Company (Co. Ltd.)
Cooperative Company
Even though several financial thresholds (such as minimum capital) and bodies are different each other, the procedure to be followed for establishing a joint stock company and limited company is same. Even if the companies are established in these five different types, joint stock company and limited company are the most preferred types in both global economy and in Turkey.
